• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a citizen of the United States of America, and/or have legal certification to work in the United States.
• Have a valid Social Security card.
• Sign an Independent Sales Consultant Agreement with VISION MEDIA, INC., the parent company of MORGAN BROOKE DESIGNS and be accepted by Fred Price, owner and CEO to join his team.
• Buy an Independent Sales Consultant Kit which includes your sales and marketing tools and materials, display items.  The price of the kit is $49.99.  Your Independent Sales Consultant Agreement is a contract between you and the company.  It contains terms and conditions that outline your MORGAN BROOKE relationship.  After that time, you will be permitted to purchase any MORGAN BROOKE PRODUCT at a 25% discount.  When you sign that agreement you have agreed to the following:
• Show MORGAN BROOKE products in a sincere and honest presentation.
• Represent the products as they are, with the warranties as guaranteed by the company in its packaging and labeling.
• Sell MORGAN BROOKE products through tShe direct sales party plan system as well as other company endorsed sales avenues and fundraiser programs.
• Submit your completed orders to the Company with full payment.
• Communicate with the Independent Sales Consultants via email and telephone to help you build your business consistently.
• Use the Independent Sales Consultant Handbook as a guide and conduct your MORGAN BROOKE business as contractually agreed in writing.
